The Client

Crowne Plaza Leeds is situated on Wellington Street, Leeds in an excellent location in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Providing premium accommodation, Crowne Plaza Hotel provide business-ready services and spaces allow guests to remain connected, rested and restored during their stay.

In an environment where hospitality is becoming increasingly competitive, Curtis Gabriel Corporation aim to deliver quality service to our clients through their social media pages that remains personal throughout. Our social media strategy is to increase growth in occupancy and utilisation for both tourist and corporate stays, weekend getaways and their meeting and event facilities.

The hotel has recently undergone a £4.5 million refurbishment and with the use of social media we were able to update the public regularly on the progress through the use of videos and photos as well as blog posts.
